Tusker is a well respected USA based company that specializes in running Kilimanjaro climbs. They are definitely toward the higher end of the price and service scale.

Tusker seems to put a lot of emphasis on medical training and safety equipment, and they are one of the few outfits to carry both inflatable hyperbaric chambers and oxygen tanks to treat climbers with severe altitude problems.
